You may want to escape the hustle and bustle of shopping when on holiday to Cala Santandria but if you want to treat yourself, head to the nearby city of Ciutadella with its markets, boutiques and big name Spanish stores.
Nightlife in Menorca is chilled out. Cala Santandria does have music bars and a small nightclub, but you will need to visit Ciutadella if you want something livelier. Check out the clubs Under Madison or Jazzbah in the harbour area of Ciutadella or enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants.
Boat trips can be taken from the harbour at Ciutadella and are a great way of discovering the beautiful coastline of the island.
