Right next to the ruins is the Russian-styled church, Saint Panteleimonas; with the right timing, late July, you might even be in town for the feast of St Panteleimonas. These sights make a wonderful change from full days at the beach, besides you can always put your swimwear back on afterwards and head straight back in the sea.

At night, there are several options for entertainment, with July and August being especially busy.
